For this month we are joined by Anthar Kharana from Colombia who will be leading a ceremony at the start of the sound journey and also outlining the energy of the evening according to the Mayan calendar. As Anthar describes "The Journey will start with a greeting to the four corners of the Heart, and a call to our Ancestors to guide us in the journey. Every months the focus of the ceremony will be emphasized on different aspects of life related to the animal medicine wheel of the specific day" Suzanne will lead a reflection on the meaning of the celtic festival of Imbolc and then we invite you to join us for a deep, relaxing evening of nurturing sounds as you are bathed in a soundscape. Let tensions melt away as the sounds wash over you to bring inner peace and clarity of vision. The monthly Sacred Sound Journey (first Friday every month)includes an hour long soundscape filled with rich Tibetan singing bowls, powerful and cleansing crystal bowls, shamanic drum and flute, all set with your own intention for the evening. Guests are invited to bring a blanket and cushion for lying down with and to reserve their place in advance (see below). The evening costs £12 and can be paid on the night.
