A perfect way to unwind at the end of a busy week. Come and allow your body to be lulled into a deep meditative state with the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Percussion, Shamanic Drum and Healing Voice. I will also be introducing my new 30" Paiste Symphonic Gong and my lovely wind gong which is played over each person's body to get the full benefit of the vibrations. Reddingmuirhead Community Hall is a beautiful local hall with amazing acoustics and space to spread out and relax. There is also a car park. This sound journey will simply involve sitting or lying down (depending on your physical abilities and level of comfort) and receiving the sound from Tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes, voice, gentle percussion and drumming. The sounds will be gentle and relaxing. They are designed to entrain your brain waves to the deeply relaxing theta state. This relaxes your body engaging the parasympathetic nervous system and enables its natural healing capacities to be activated. Please bring something to lie on, a blanket and a cushion/pillow. There will be chairs and backjacks (floor chairs) for those who prefer to sit. Make sure you arrive on time as, due to the nature of the event, latecomers will not be admitted - this is out of respect to the other participants who are already settled and often moving into a deep state.
