Drumming and sounding from the heart and beyond. No experience needed for this experiential healing circle, just a wish to open, connect, harmonise and balance our energy. Starting with the breath, toning, tuning in to our self in sound and movement we will move into rhythm, chanting and drumming. Any kind of drum will be fine - congas, Native American, djembe. I will bring all 3, but call if you need one! A sound way to release, energise, warm up body and spirit, transform and enjoy!
