The Gong is a truly unique instrument, capable of producing an incredible range of sounds—from soft whispers to powerful roars. It can sing, cry, and celebrate, enveloping us in overtones that create a deeply immersive experience. The vibrations touch us on a holistic level, resonating through every cell of our body.
When played gently, the Gong invites us to release thoughts, worries, and mental busyness—allowing us to simply listen and be present. When played with intensity and power, it sets our entire being into motion, stimulating self-healing processes, revitalizing energy, and restoring strength.
As one of the oldest and most significant musical instruments of Southeast Asia, the Gong requires mindful handling and a solid foundation of experience. This ensures its safe, effective, and responsible use—for personal practice, group sessions, and individual therapy work.
This seminar is designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding of the Gong, explore its potential, and gain practical experience in one-on-one sessions and Gong baths.
Participants who own a Gong are encouraged to bring their instrument and mallets. For those without a Gong, rental options are available for an additional fee of €50, which will be credited towards a Gong purchase if desired. Gongs and mallets will also be available for purchase upon request.
