Come along and learn about the connections between sound and colour, your voice and your psyche.
This weekly experiential workshop has three key elements to it:
1. A healing element, where you lie back and receive sound and colour healing.
2. There is a learning element, where each week we will discuss and learn something new about frequency and how it is relevant to us personally.
3. Thirdly, you will learn to tone in a group and experience the amazing energy and power of a toning circle, along with learning simple vocal techniques to improve your ability to make resonant sound.
*The Old Schoolhouse is a not-for-profit, private community space for wellbeing.
