An hour to relax, reset and take time for yourself.
We will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls, the voice and other sound healing instruments.
Each session will take inspiration from the seasons and the cycles, whether that is the abundance of the Summer Solstice or the retreating inwards of Winter.

This is a multidimensional crystal sound healing experience designed to support the harmonisation of your full energetic anatomy.
Each session begins by gently attuning to your heart’s intention, bringing awareness to what is ready to be released, received, or remembered. You are invited to rest deeply, so the body can soften and the nervous system can settle into safety.
From here, through a sound journey of light encoded crystal bowls and the voice, your energy field is invited into greater coherence and flow, supporting cellular remembrance, emotional release, and deep nervous system regulation.
Each session is unique: you may experience sensation, emotion, imagery, deep stillness, or profound rest. Whatever arises is welcomed, and the medicine meets you exactly where you are.
