The full moon is a time for letting go of things which no longer serve you. Our full moon gong bath is created with this aim in mind and utilises gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and crystal singing bowls, along with a ritual release of old energies. This is a powerful session which includes guided meditations, a fire release ritual and a ceremonial cacao ceremony.
