An intensive 5-day seminar in skills for self-awareness, self-care, personal transformation and self-mastery with Psychophonetics.
During this seminar the fundamental tools of Psychophonetics, which include body sensation, gesture & movement, visualisation and the sounds of human speech, will be introduced.
Change is the only constant in everyone’s life. Psychophonetics enables personal change to be a conscious, chosen and pro-active, self-directed and creative act.
This stand-alone seminar gives credit for the first part of the Foundation Year, and can be used as an exploration of the Foundation Year as a whole.
