This opportunity doesn't come along very often. We are offering you an all night sound healing experience using paiste planetary gongs, crystal bowls, meditation and chants from the heart. Held in a deeply healing enviroment. Whether you are a newcomer to gongs or an avid fan this event will be for you. You will leave feeling refreshed, restored and ready to begin the day. You may sleep through the whole thing, you may find a friend to have a quite chat with whilst others sleep, you may meditate, you may dream amongst the stars. But mostly you will be hearing and feeling the gentle sound and vibration of the ancient healing of the gongs. In the morning we will make you some hot chai (sweet indian tea with healing spices) and feed you a light nourishing snack before you leave to set you on your way. We encourage you to bring something super comfy to lie on, like an airbed or a camping mattress. Make yourself right at home. Bring a duvet or blankets or sleepingbag and pillow, whatever you need to make you comfortable. There will be refreshments available throughout the night. If you wish you can bring some of your own. Not that its going to be a snackathon you understand... You might like to bring a water bottle too. The hall will be heated so no need to worry about getting cold. So what are you waiting for?
