Meditation is a wonderful tool to enable us to be more present in our lives. It gives us the opportunity to slow down, release stress and be more conscious of our thoughts and feelings. Nicola Belle is a psychotherapist and counsellor, and a trained facilitator with Speaking Circles. She has been teaching and running groups for 22 years in yoga, meditation, parenting and life skills.
