Two hours of beautiful restorative yoga suitable for beginners and gently leading into a soundbath using Paiste Planetary Gongs preselected to mirror the astrological activity. Each attendee receives a hand printed gift bag, high end refreshments and personal affirmations. There is also the opportunity to receive Auricular ear seeds to support healing response going forward. Angie teaches the yoga element , with 25 yrs experience and Rachael gives the sound bath throughout the two hours with28 yrs experience as a holistic therapist.
