We are so happy to come back to the Holistic Centre, now The Surrey Holistic after long break.
Join us for Relaxing Gongs Baths by B&J in 2022 at 5.45pm & 7.15pm . This time spaces are very limited..
The sound and vibrations of the Gongs will create healing energy, especially for you, for a new possibility to cleanse and attract to your life love and this what you truly desire!
Gongs are amazing instruments. They generate powerful, intense healing vibrations which, interspersed with the sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls, stimulate feelings of peace and relaxation. This allows the release of stress, pain, anxiety and enhances well-being.
The Sound of Gongs opens the gates of Love, so you can connect with all.
The things you create around yourself and realize just how great a power you have to create your own happiness and well-being.
This time you will be immersed by 6 gongs, shamanic drum , singing bowls and other divine instruments.

WHAT TO BRING:
We kindly ask you to leave all your personal belongings in the car. Bring only your
- yoga mat
- blanket or something WARM to put under your back and to cover yourself,
- a pillow, so that you can lie down comfortably during the session,
-if your lower back need support bring something under your knees,
- a bottle of water.
We are not allowed to provide a mat for you.
Please arrive at 5.30 pm. Door will be open at 5.30pm and closed at 5.45pm
Late-comers will not be allowed in once the event is underway!
DURING THE SESSION:
You can meditate and sleep, or you may choose to stay awake and drift in and out of sleep throughout the session as the sound of the gongs and vibration gently washes over you.
The healing will finish with Shuniya - brief and silent time, just a couple of minutes that is called the “Shuniya” or “Sunyata”, literally meaning “emptiness” or “void”. This is the time for the sounds to settle, so the inner peace and the oneness will remain with you for the rest of the evening.
In accordance with up-to-date Government and Public Health, I Feel Good Therapy Clinic has taken precautions to protect our clients.
