You can call it “gong bath”, “sound bath”, “sound meditation” or “sound healing”. Sound will help you to relax, rejuvenate and meditate. It will help you when you are stressed. Sometimes you can feel vibrations going through your body. You can feel that you are floating in the air or you can have the impression that time suddenly stopped… each person will experience it differently and each session is very different. Some people might feel full of joy, others emotional.
Lucas will run this event at the Saint Pancras Community Association center in Camden Town situated on Plender Street.

Please make sure that you bring yoga/fitness mat/sleeping bag, a pillow and a blanket, and you wear some warm clothing. Warm socks are essential! :) If you want you can bring something to cover your eyes and of course please stay hydrated before and after the session. You can also bring items that are close to your heart like photographs, crystals, talismans or amulets.
During the event, you might hear gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other shamanic and sacred instruments from different cultures. Lucas will work with all his instruments to create a multi-layered sound ceremony.
To have the best experience please do not try to visualize the instruments or Lucas playing them and please come with no expectations.

IMPORTANT:
- the ticket is £15 + small Eventbrite service fee £1.76
- there will be also a possibility to pay £15 cash by the entry (if you will choose this way please do let me know that you are coming as spaces are limited)
- leave your shoes by the door
-switch off your mobiles or use airplane mode
- gong baths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, for people suffering from epilepsy, heart problems, brain damage or with a pacemaker
- this event is for adults only
- do not come to the venue if you are unwell or if you were in contact with people with COVID.
- be on time. The doors will close at 7pm and latecomers won’t be able to get in. The session will last for an hour. If you want you can stay a bit longer to share your experience.
- people under the influence of alcohol or other substances won’t be allowed on the premises.
