THE CREATIVE ENNEAGRAM: Out of the Box and Into the Playground - Friday 16th-18th January 2026
This experiential workshop will explore The Enneagram - the fascinating ancient system of understanding the 9 patterns of our ways of being, through the lenses of creativity, embodiment and neuroscience.
Unlike most "personality" systems the Enneagram does not put us in a box - it shows us which "box" of conditioning we are already in and shows us the way out into the "playground" of life - with more capacity for freedom, self-compassion, courage and joy.
Workshop content:
* Brief history of the Enneagram
* 9 Enneagram Types
* Wings & Arrows
* Neuroscience of the Enneagram
* Introduction to Subtypes
* Spiritual aspects of the Enneagram
* Applications of the Enneagram
* Personal development & healing tips for each Type
Much of the material will be delivered/experienced/processed through creative means, such as sound and music, integrative sandplay therapy, movement, simple mindful art, writing/poetry, collage.
You will need to have at least some idea of which Enneagram Type you are leading with, so if you do not know please do some research beforehand - if you need help with this you can email me [email protected]

About your tutor:
I (Masha Bennett) am a registered psychotherapist, a workshop tutor for the College of Sound Healing, and a gong practitioner. I have been been exploring the Enneagram for 20 years - both for my own personal and professional development, and to support clients - through extensive private study and formal training - the latter largely in the Narrative tradition of the Enneagram.
I believe The Enneagram is one of the most useful models for understanding ourselves and other people, for building tolerance, cultivating compassion, tapping into our innate resources, and improving our capacity to connect and heal.
