UK, Going Deeper - 2 Hour Gong Bath, Mahala Gehna, Earthtones Therapy Centre, 29A Church Street, Mansfield NG18 1AF, 21 Dec 2022
We are excited to announce the creation of a new monthly experience at our centre in Mansfield.
This is a 2hr gong bath, which includes crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes, rattles and of course, our beautiful gongs.
During this time, you will access deeper layers of your subconscious and experience emotional and spiritual healing. The majority of the time will be spent with gongs, allowing you to sink deeply into an altered state of conscience. During these type of sessions, many people experience visions, colour or even find themselves journeying.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle with you. Mats and blankets are provided.
