A one hour Gong Bath designed to take you on a journey whilst your mind relaxes in harmonic sounds. The gongs, crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, Native American Style flute and percussion, create complex sound vibrations, which in turn help the body to resonate at a more optimal healthy frequency level. On a subtle level, sound vibrations by-pass the conscious mind to help stimulate our natural healing abilities, restoring a sense of health and wellbeing.
Bring a comfortable mat, blanket & pillow to lie down upon. It is recommended to drink plenty of water for a few days after a sound bath.
