Come to The Gong Room to remedy the every day stress of life with the peace and relaxation of healing and restorative sound. During a Gong Bath the sounds from gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls and other ancient healing instruments bathe the cells of your body with a gentle vibration. The vibrations from the instruments carry the mind, body and spirit to deep relaxation where they are repaired, restored and rebalanced.
Lie back and relax as you are enveloped by an ensemble of ancient instruments that will take you on a vibrational healing journey. Instruments included are planetary, symphonic and chau gongs,
Himalayan singing bowls and melodic flute.
Tickets cost £20 but concessions are available for those who cannot afford it and would benefit from the healing, please let me know via email [email protected].
Following Government guidelines and guidelines from the CMA and Balens insurance:
- All attendees must bring their own yoga mats, blankets and equipment
-Attendees will have to register with track and trace
Please arrive from 6pm for a 6.15pm start.
