Sandira has been a sound healer for 10 years and a professional musician for over 30 years. She brings her experience and understanding of healing through sound to the shiatsu-do healing space once a month. We lie on the comfy matts and let the gong sounds wash over us. Taking us into healing trance as the vibrations work into us on a cellular level. Aligning chakras and massaging our internal organs. This is a deeply meditative and relaxing experience. All welcome.
