Dislodged by the powerful resonance of the earth and wind gongs, negative energy is released from the mind and body and positive energy is able to flow. You will usually feel the energy flowing through your body. You might become aware of unusual/inspiring colours, lights and images in your third eye, feel weightless or as if floating on water. Your experience will be special and unique to you. As you process the treatment in the following hours and days, you may become aware that a formerly chronic pain has lessened, or an anxious mind become calmer. You will leave feeling relaxed and re-energised. Plan a quiet evening for yourself afterwards. Come and see for yourself! Please bring a mat or sleeping bag to lie on, a blanket and two pillows (one to go under the knees for back support) and a sleep mask if you have one.
