GONG SOUND MEDITATION
An invitation to enter into the gong space and to
experience the deep and resonant sounds of the
gong.
Body, mind and soul are immersed in the gong
sound; easing you into a place of inner
harmony and simplicity of being.

Monthly gong baths on a Thursday evening.
