You will be guided into relaxation and then the instruments of crystal bowls, gongs and other magical instruments are played to help you find that state of calm, peace and balance, that we all seek.
The Quaker Meeting House, has parking and is conveniently located within walking distance of both Leytonstone Tube and W19 Bus drops you outside. We’ll start at 7:30 PM, so come and immerse yourself in the calm and loving support of these wonderful instruments as they promote relaxation and peace throughout your whole being.
