The United Reform Church is a beautiful space to have a Sound and Gong Bath.
You are invited to take the pressure off and have some precious time for yourself to stop, be held, and be guided into peace and calm. The instruments will help you on your journey. There is nothing to do other than just be present. No thinking, no planning, no expectation. Just be and receive. Something we all find difficult to cultivate. But maybe this is the time to bring it into your practice.
Bring along the following:
Yoga mat,
2 pillows or cushions
Blanket and socks or Sleeping bag.
Water to drink and a eye pillow.
At this venue we do have some yoga mats etc, but most people like their own familiar stuff to keep them warm and safe.
We start a 7.00pm.
Doors will close soon after so please arrive 5 mins early to settle in.
We ask that phones are left at home or switched off
Pregnant women in 2nd and 3rd trimester can attend
Children over 8 years can attend.
If there is special needs please let Arlene know before hand.
