You will be guided into relaxation and then the instruments of crystal bowls, gong and other magical instruments are played to help you find that state of calm, peace and balance, that we all seek.
We'll be gathering at the United Reform Church in Wanstead, which offers parking and is conveniently located within walking distance of both Wanstead and Snaresbrook Central Line tube stations. We’ll start at 7:00 PM, so come and immerse yourself in the calm and loving support of these wonderful instruments as they promote relaxation and peace throughout your whole being.
