Join Sarah on a wonderful Sound journey. The meditation will start with a guided relaxation, helping you to connect to and deepen your breath. You will be invited to join in with some simple toning exercises, based on the Indian Chakra system. Sarah will then create a beautiful soundscape, using her voice, Tibetan singing bowls, shanti chimes, tuning forks and tingshas.
