A monthly group with Carmel Reid - these sessions are great for confidence in finding your voice through having fun with sound. Starting with the Gentle Breath, we will be moving through pure voice tones into harmonies and song. We explore our energetic awareness of how we speak and move, and develop a more gentle way of being, which enables us to connect to our innermost. You don’t need to have musical experience, everybody is welcome.
