In this experiential workshop you will be introduced to some of the main ideas and methods used for thousands of years by shamans around the world. In traditional societies a shaman would journey to their spirit guides on behalf of individuals or communities to ask for help, healing or empowerment. You will be initiated into shamanic journey, aided by drumming, to enable you to make this journey on your own behalf. You will journey to the shamanic Lower World, to meet your power animal. Participants will share the experiences of the journeys, and learn how to understand them.
