Kundalini Rebirthing and Gong Bath - Breathe Out Fridays Series - The new Friday Night Out ?
Come and have some YOU time, relax, renew and rebirth with beautiful Kundalini Rebirthing Kriyas, meditation & gong bath. This is the perfect opportunity to slow down, and start your weekend feeling refreshed and re-energised.
We shall start at 7:00pm with some tea and a beautiful Rebirthing Kriya and meditation. The powerful and sacred sound of the gong will then take us beyond comprehension.
The idea of the Rebirthing Kriyas is to release the subconscious. Yogi Bhajan taught a series of powerful rebirthing yoga classes to clear the subconscious mind of past pain, hidden memories, and old emotional patterns that compromise our happiness and sabotage our success. These classes are some of the most transformational practices in Kundalini Yoga and were taught with the extended playing of the Gong. When these rebirthing classes are experienced with the therapeutic playing of the Gong, you are able to transcend and clear the past pains of life and birth, become reborn into your original Self and begin to perceive what’s really happening. You’ll start to get the pure impulse of your soul, which is LOVE.
