Continues from Saturday's Colour and Sound Workshop and for those already familiar with how Sound and Colour are core, foundational essentials to our quality and form as human beings.
Today we look into the language and resonance of Colour, how our colour choices can help us align with our true nature and soul purpose. We will explore Sound and Colour as keys to self knowledge, to self nurture and to unfolding more of our potential.
We will also explore what may be our personal note and which may be our true colours-and explore how Sound can compliment our increasing awareness by clearing and fine-tuning our energetic blueprint. Vocal toning will play its part in helping release unhealthy frequencies and bring healing.
We will be creating our own mandala, accompanied by the meditative sounds of tibetan bowls. Colours and paper will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
There is space for just six people, so early booking is advised.
Light refreshments will be provided, but please bring a packed lunch.
