A key to our self-transformation lies in the vibrational frequencies of our subtle energy systems. The closer the frequencies are to their optimum the more we become free of our psychological limitations. Through the process of therapeutic vocal sound these systems are re-tuned, clearing blockages and releasing fine energies. This is achieved by various forms of toning, East and West, leading into meditation. Simple movements are brought into play to direct and encourage the sounds. This voice work includes the Taoist healing sounds for the organs, mantra natural sound rituals such as laughter and keening and chanting. No previous experience necessary, only the deep intent to transform your psychology.
In a residential course these practices are broadened and more in-depth.
