Sound Journey This is a Donantion/ Contribution Only Based Event To Increase access to wellness. **Please share with those you feel may benefit from such an event.** No booking, or Experience Required, all ages welcome. ------------------------------------- Please wear warm, comfortable loose clothing. We have Yoga Bolsters, Yoga Mats, and Blankets, but feel free to bring your own etc, a selection of herbal teas, and water are avaliable complemtary.
