Organ detoxing with sound is a time honoured gentle technique to connect with and help detox the organs from a 5 element Taoist tradition and a timely class to help survive the festive season and its excesses. Gently vibrating the organs in a beautiful group setting these short practical classes help you relax, feel good and know that you are giving yoursefl some precious time of self care. This Weekly Sound Medicine Temple draws on many techniques of sound healing.
