Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative meditation and nidra practice, followed by a transcendental gong sound journey to help you return to your centre and meet yourself with compassion and comfort. Gentle, caring guidance will support you in preparing for the festive season with balance and harmony. Hermione’s integrative and knowledgeable teaching of both restorative and nidra yoga will lead you into a state of deep relaxation and alignment. The session will close with a beautiful gong bath led by Geraldine, helping you connect emotionally, release the fatigue of the run-up to Christmas, and surrender into rest through sound.
