We are so excited to bring you this collaboration of Crystal bowl soundhealing, Light Language Transmission and energy healing on 9th Februari.
This Healing Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience designed to support energetic balance, nervous system regulation, and inner alignment. An opportunity to return to stillness, clarity and inner alignment.
The session weaves together intuitive sound frequencies, light language transmission, and gentle energy healing to create a safe, supportive space for rest, release, and recalibration. Rather than working through the mind, light language communicates directly with the energetic and cellular body, allowing healing to unfold organically at the level each participant is ready to receive.
You will be guided into a relaxed, meditative state where the body can soften, the breath can deepen, and the nervous system can shift out of stress and into rest.

Nancy weaves light language and sound as a gentle, intuitive transmission that supports energetic alignment and inner clarity. Her work is subtle, creative, and non-intrusive, inviting participants into a state of deep listening and receptivity without force or overwhelm.
Kari Hilborn: Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner & Reiki Master
Kari supports deep healing through a body-led, trauma-informed approach. Her work centres on restoring safety within the nervous system, allowing the body to release stored tension and reconnect with its natural state of balance. Kari’s presence is calm, grounded, and deeply attuned.
Natalina Cavallari: Holistic Therapist • Sound Healer • Breathwork Facilitator
Natalina holds integrative healing spaces that combine sound, breath, and embodied awareness. Her facilitation is rooted in grounding, nervous system regulation, and conscious integration, offering a supportive container for rest, release, and reconnection.
