Lucas will run this event in the heart of Camden Town at the atmospheric The Upper Room situated in Greenland Street off Camden High Street.

Please make sure that you bring yoga/fitness mat/sleeping bag, a pillow and a blanket, and you wear some warm clothing. Warm socks are essential! :) If you want you can bring something to cover your eyes and of course please stay hydrated before and after the session.
During the event you might hear gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other shamanic and sacred instruments from different cultures. Lucas will work with all his instruments to create a multi-layered sound ceremony.
To have the best experience please do not try to visualize the instruments or Lucas playing them and please come with no expectations.

IMPORTANT
- secure your space and get the ticket via Eventbrite. The ticket is £15 + small Eventbrite service fee £1.76
- there will be also a possibility to pay £15 cash by the entry (if spaces are still available . If you will choose this way please do let me know in advance that you are coming as spaces are limited)
- leave your shoes by the door

- gong baths are not recommended during pregnancy, for people suffering from epilepsy, heart problems, brain damage.
- this event is for adults only
- do not come to the venue if you are unwell or if you were in contact with people with COVID.
- be on time. The doors will close at 7pm (and we will start the session at 7pm) and latecomers won’t be able to get in. The session will last for an hour. If you want you can stay a bit longer to share your experience with others.
- people under the influence of alcohol or other substances won’t be allowed on the premises.
