Gong sound therapy has been practiced for thousands of years, helping to reduce stress, release emotional blockages, promote vitality and enhance wellbeing.
Geraldine will be creating a safe and held space for you to truly rest and release. She will use her voice and mesmerising sound healing instruments along the Gongs to bring a deep sense of self and grounding. Bringing awareness and appreciation of the present moment.
