Sunday 21st October 2018 12.30pm Hornsey Vale Community Centre, Mayfield Road, N8 9LP Presents… Gong Bath and Sound Bath with Rachel and Jamila Come and spend a lovely hour or so with us and let us take you on a journey of peace, relaxation and healing. The sound of the Gong helps the brain to reach a state of deep relaxation, cutting out the mental chatter and slowing the brainwaves down to a state of pre - sleep or deep sleep patterns. This is known to reduce stress and aid creativity, natural healing and balance. Your role is to lie down and make yourself comfortable and cosy Then let the sound of the Gong wash over you. And let your thoughts drift away……… Disabled Access. * Everyone, please bring a pillow and some water. * We have some air beds and blankets, and if you can bring your own mat and / or blanket, please let me know. * Wear loose clothing. * Comfy chairs can be provided for those who have difficulty getting up. Please let me know beforehand. * If you turn up without notice, please make sure you have your own mat, blanket, and pillow. * Please arrive no later than 12..45 pm, We are very sorry but we cannot let latecomers in as it would spoil the experience, doors closing 1 pm. * If you like, you can bring an intention to the meditative experience, anything from world harmony, to relaxing that pain in the leg, or manifesting happiness in yourself and others. Anything you like, however, please focus on being more positive, not less negative.
