I will run this event at the Emmanuel Community Hall (next to Emmanuel Parish Church) off Lea Bridge Road, right next to Aldi store.

Please make sure that you bring yoga/fitness mat/sleeping bag, a pillow and a blanket, and you wear some warm clothing! Warm socks are essential! ;)
If you want you can bring something to cover your eyes and of course please stay hydrated before and after the session.
During the event you might hear gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other shamanic and sacred instruments.
