Full 2 day Weekend Gong Workshop in London with Don Conreaux & Tone of Life (Abby delSol & Tom Soltron) During this workshop: • We will discuss and share ways of playing the Gong, theory and practice. How to offer a basic Gong Bath or use the Gong as a compliment to other holistic therapies. •We will present the MEM Gong Yoga in an interactive way, in which the participant will become familiar with the link between our body and emotions. •We will guide you through and demonstrate Sacred Sound Healing Ceremony. In an interactive way each participant will get a flavour of the weaving of Sacred Tone through spontaneous improvisation using the Gong, Himalayan singing bowls, flutes, the voice and other archaic and modern instruments.
