Lots of fun and friendly voice play - laughing, singing, chanting, sounding -
to help release the power of your natural voice.
Reclaiming your roar can help you to:

* Make friends with anger * Stand in your power * Expand creativity
* Reclaim energy from experiences of disempowerment * Boost your vitality
* Express your purpose courageously * Liberate your playfulness
