Sunday 15th November we will run a workshop on Tibetan Singing bowls. How to play them. Hitting, stroking and bowing them as well as Ululation, cleaning, and consecrating bowls. Some History of singing bowls and what to look for when your buying them. Yin and Yang bowls, the masculine and feminine bowls, the masculine and feminnine way to play and lots more. Given time and if we are not all completely buzzing we will give a sound healing using our bowls. We start at 11am and finish at 3.30pm with a half hour break for lunch in there somewhere. Bring your singing bowl if you have one and we will try and tell you its history,(where it was made, how old it is and what it was used for). Please bring and lunch to share. Cost £37 (£30 concessions)
