In this session we will use the transformative wave of Shakti Dance to connect to that guiding light of love that resides with in all of us – that voice of truth, our inner teacher, the Guru within.
Shakti Dance is a combination of flowing yoga stretches (asanas), energising dance steps, expressive free dance meditation, relaxation, mantra with movement, and silence; which puts us in touch with our true nature, pure consciousness, our shining light within.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket if possible as there are limited props at the venue.
