UK, London, Drumming Meditation Drumming Every Monday, 7:30-9:00pm. £12 A drum circle provides a space for people from all backgrounds to come together and share the one language beyond words, Music! Experience a blend of various ways to relax and rise your vibrational frecuency through music and sound: Silent meditation focusing our mind on the sound of Tibetan bowls and chimes. Smudge ritual with Sage to correct our energy. This is accomplished by burning sage in a focused, intentional way to cleanse our negative energy and to replenish positive, healing energy. Drum circle. We synchronise the rhythm of our hearts to the rhythm of the drums. We play grounding rhythms in an easy and enjoyable way. From here we can give freedom to our inner expression an create an unique musical experience. Toning and sounding to finish the session. You will hear the beautiful rainbow of overtones created by all. The tingling sensation we end up with is the result of being exposed to all of this healing sounds. Waiting to meet you.
