This workshop offers an opportunity to learn about three unique approaches of Neurofeedback, Meditation and Sound Therapy to balancing and healing process. You will learn about the theoretical and practical aspects of neurofeedback available through EEG device and special software developed to train your brain to specific states. You will familiarise with sonic tools and learn about the effect of sound frequencies on a human being. You will have a chance to practice each of the three approaches during the day, bring a specific question for a discussion and try various types of meditation practices. There will be a possibility to book one-to-one session with the practitioners. You will also have a chance to choose and buy a Himalayan singing bowl.
