During this unique ONE-DAY self- discovery retreat with SOUND WORKSHOP
Beata & Jarek Dzwigol – Accredited B&J Gong Master Teachers will share their knowledge, experience and expertise with you. You will discover the mastery of the healing gong and singing bowls, both the practice and theory. The workshop will be very much hands-on experience and over the course of the day.
And Wioletta Diamontheart – Kundalini Master Yoga Teacher, Gong Master will lead you to the better yourself by yoga. You will experience breathing techniques and yoga to align body, mind and spirit, rebalance chakras and you’ll learn specific pranayamas to purify and lift your spirit by accessing neutral mind.
THE SOUND WORKSHOP
For Beginners: you will learn the art of the gongs and singing bowls and for those who play gong with no confidence.
It will be a great introduction to gong practitioner , gong player course.
You will meet like-minded people, meet old friends, make new friends and experience deep healing and lots of joy.
After the all-day workshop, you will be immersed in the cleansing, rejuvenating vibration of The Gongs and other instruments for 45 minutes. This will be The Healing Gong Bath.
Further Information
We ask you to please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and a pillow so that you can lie down comfortably during the Gong Bath.
