Let go of work stress and family duties for a day – dedicate it to having fun, shaking those tail feathers and bringing out the sparkle in your eyes. We will enjoy a whole day of playful yoga and voice work, singing, free movement, soothing sonic meditation and simple spiritual practices that carry you deeper into the joyful well of wonders inside of you and help to restore your natural radiance.
Free fresh fruit, biscuits and teas. For all levels; everyone is welcome.
