Welcome to an hours journey into sacred sound using Gongs, singing bowls and shamanic instruments. With the bowls and gongs we tend to journey out into the Universe, reaching the stars and planets. We may meet Angels and light messengers or we may be earth bound clearing emotional baggage and repairing physical damage. I always try to cover all the chakras but sometimes spirit has other ideas and it always depends on the people present. please bring a yoga matt if you have one. blessings, Sandira
