Discover the power of sound to transform mind, body and spirit. Join Katie to explore the power of sound in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. See how the tones of sacred instruments such as gong, singing bowls, rattles and bells can be used to creative meditative, healing states of awareness.
Gain an understanding of the power of voice through chant and mantra which will help you to listen and speak more consciously and support others to express themselves effectively.
This workshop will be experiential and involve simple but profound techniques which can be easily integrated into your life or healing practice.
