Working in partnership with The Round Chapel in Hackney. Arlene returns to the town of her birth in East London to offer this Sound Journey. Preparing us for the winter ahead.
Helping to settle your nervous system and bring balance to your whole being.
Arlene will be using Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Bowls from Nepal and Gongs to help you relax and resourced.
The session will start with a relaxing Yoga Nidra (awake sleep) to reconnect and ground you. Then will lead into the using of the instruments organically.
Please bring with you your own yoga mat, cushions, bolsters, (what every you need to make sure you are comfortable).
The space has capacity for 30 people, booking early is required.
