A Tama-do sound harmonisation involves lying on a mat on the floor in light, comfortable clothing. Acoustic Musical instruments and elemental sounds are played around the body to harmonise and empower you. 1st of May is in the period of Beltain. Why not take the opportunity to harmonise and rebalance yourself. Bring a mat, a cushion and a blanket to make yourself comfortable. Sathari is a member of the College of Healing and a Tama-Do practitioner. She teaches Chi Kung on Saturday morning at 930 and has a practice in North London.
