Our essential nature is vibration. The closer our frequencies are to their optimum the more we become free of our limited self and experience wholeness and harmony. The use of therapeutic sound has the potential to do this re-tuning. This workshop offers various forms of vocal toning which act as resonators of our energy centres. Also contributing to this re-tuning are the Taoist healing sounds for the organs as well as natural sound rituals such as humming and laughter. Simple movements are brought into play to encourage and direct the sounds. The culmination of these practices is meditation on these seed sounds. No previous experience of any kind is required, only the deep intent for self-transformation.
